1. Used to form a present progressive tense with a future aspect.

   ܙܝܼ ܐܵܡܪܹܢ ܠܹܗ ― zī āmrēn lēh ― I am going to tell him

2. (with ܗ݇ܘܵܐ (wā)) Entails a past progressive action that preceded an ensuing occurrence or action in the past.
