Notes

  1. ↑ Brown resigned his seat before the next election in 1978. He would later become a Harrogate Borough Councillor in 2008.[4][5]
  2. ↑ Procter became a Member of the European Parliament for Yorkshire and the Humber in November 2016. In 2017, Procter was not re-selected as a Conservative candidate to stand in his council ward at the 2018 election.[9]
