Tarq Rud Rural District (Persian: دهستان طرق رود)[3] is in the Central District of Natanz County, Isfahan province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Tarq.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 3,912 in 1,355 households.[4] There were 4,170 inhabitants in 1,682 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 917 in 375 households. The largest of its 19 villages was Niyeh, with 299 people.[2]
