Taichi Ishiyama (石山 泰稚, Ishiyama Taichi, born September 1, 1988 in Akita, Akita, Japan) is a professional Japanese baseball player. He plays pitcher for the Tokyo Yakult Swallows.
He was selected 2018 NPB All-Star game.[1] On October 10, 2018, he was selected Japan national baseball team at the 2018 MLB Japan All-Star Series,[2] but on October 26, 2018, he canceled his participation for Samurai Japan.[3]
