The Superannuation Industry (Supervision) Act 1993 is an Australian labour law statute that regulates superannuation in Australia.

The Act was passed during the Hawke-Keating government.
Contents
Section 89 requires at least equal employee or beneficiary election rights on superannuation boards that provide workplace pensions. Section 89(1)(a)(i) was amended by Schedule 2 to the Superannuation Safety Amendment Act 2004.
