Sona Shahinyan is an Armenian professional footballer who played as a defender. She played on the Armenia women's national team.
Shahinyan joined the Armenian National Team in 2010 after playing for both the U17 [2] and U19 levels. Shahinyan wears number 16. During her career, she played for FC. Furman, Yerevan in 2007-2008 and then FC. Urartu, Yerevan in 2008-2010.
She was first discovered at the age of 13, and had been first selected for the U17 [2] and U19 before joining the national team of Armenia in 2010. Shahinyan is a defender wearing number 16. She played with the football club FC. Furman, Yerevan 2007-2008 and then FC. Banants, Yerevan in 2008-2010.
