Sheshdeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان ششده)[3] is in Sheshdeh and Qarah Bolagh District of Fasa County, Fars province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Sheshdeh.[4]

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 7,904 in 1,886 households.[5] There were 7,349 inhabitants in 2,083 households at the following census of 2011.[6] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 6,279 in 1,924 households. The largest of its 22 villages was Akbarabad, with 1,539 people.[2]
