Film musical score is by Rashid Attre[3] and film song lyrics are by Tufail Hoshiarpuri, Hazin Qadri and Waris Ludhianvi. Playback singers for the film songs are Zubaida Khanum, Munawar Sultana and Inayat Hussain Bhatti.[1]

For music composer Rashid Attre, Shehri Babu was a breakthrough film and also his first big musical hit in the newly-independent Pakistan.[1][5]
