Shahriari-ye Olya (Persian: شهریاری علیا, also Romanized as Shahrīārī-ye ‘Olya; also known as Shahrīyārī)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Shahriari Rural District of Chahak District of Khatam County, Yazd province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 575 in 132 households, when it was in Chahak Rural District.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 570 people in 154 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 708 people in 192 households.[2]
After the census, the rural district was separated from the district in the establishment of Chahak District, which was divided into two rural districts.[4]
