Samuel Tembenu (born 1973) is a Malawian politician and educator who was former Minister of Justice and Constitutional Affairs of Malawi[1] from 2014 to 2019.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8] He is a Member of Parliament for Dedza North East Constituency. He was preceded by Bright Msaka (2019–2020).[9]
Personal life
Tembenu was born in 1973 in Dowa, Malawi. He attended Dedza Secondary School. He has a master's degree in Public Policy and Administration. In 2022, Tembenu was reported in engagement of stealing millions of dollars in the government.[10]
