Safayyeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان صفائيه)[3] is in the Central District of Najafabad County, Isfahan province, Iran. It is administered from the city of Kahriz Sang.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 921 in 268 households.[4] There were 321 inhabitants in 107 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 405 in 136 households. The largest of its seven villages was Eslamabad, with 395 people.[2]
