When Kazuki’s sister is killed, the authorities display a shocking amount of apathy for the situation; when a boy named Masaki is suspected of being involved with the murder, the authorities do not take action towards him whatsoever. This angers Kazuki and Junko, and the two become allies, hoping to avenge the murder of Kazuki’s sister.
