Pyrmont railway station is an underground rapid transit station, to be built underneath the suburb of Pyrmont as part of the Sydney Metro West line. The station is under construction between Pyrmont Bridge Road and Union Street,[1] and is scheduled to open alongside the rest of the line in 2030.[2][3] Once opened, the station will provide access to the Darling Harbour precinct, with connections to light rail services to the CBD and Dulwich Hill, alongside ferry services to Circular Quay. The project involves plans to integrate over station development in the form of a mixed-use tower with up to 33 stories,[4] intended to improve station accessibility and density. These plans are currently under review.
