Patelloida is a genus of sea snails or true limpets, marine gastropod molluscs in the subfamily Lottiinae of the family Lottiidae, one of the families of true limpets.[1]
(This genus name should not be confused with the similar-sounding true limpet superfamily Patelloidea, which is also part of the Patellogastropoda).
