Parchin-e Sofla (Persian: پرچين سفلي, also Romanized as Parchīn-e Soflá; also known as Parchīn-e Pā’īn)[3] is a village in Azadlu Rural District of Muran District, Germi County, Ardabil province, Iran.

At the 2006 census, its population was 605 in 114 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 723 people in 147 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 532 people in 151 households; it was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
