Owregan (Persian: اورگان, also Romanized as Owregān and Ūrgān; also known as Owregūn)[3] is a village in Chenarud-e Jonubi Rural District of Chenarud District, Chadegan County, Isfahan province, Iran, and serves as capital of both the district and rural district.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 848 in 199 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 826 people in 236 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 651 people in 195 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
