Oleksiy Rudyka (Ukrainian: Олексій Павлович Рудика; 7 June 1959) is a former professional Soviet football goalkeeper and coach.
He has a nephew Serhiy Rudyka who was Ukraine youth international and a twin brother Oleksandr Rudyka.
