Loell Bergen also known as Alex Savage or OMFG is a British-Canadian music producer and online streamer. His most known songs are "Hello" which charted in Belgium in number 84 and "I Love You".[2][3] He currently has over 1 million subscribers. He uses Glitch-hop music as his genre combined with EDM and his music has become known in it's fanbase for his simple and repetitive music, and his mascot Toasty, who was featured in artwork and single releases for the songs. It was initially believed Kylee Boettcher was the producer of the music under the name until Loell informed the public it was a social experiment.

Career

In 2014, he released "Hello" which was immediately known and reposted by MrSuicideSheep where the song became more known on the internet and YouTube. Later it charted in Belgium.

In 2015, he released "Yeah", "I Love You", and "Ok" as singles.[4][5] He briefly convinced the public he was a woman named Kylee Boettcher until it was revealed he was a man named Loell Bergen. In a Q&A video, he hired her in response to a lack of female electronic dance music producers.[6]

In 2016, he released "Jelly" and "Pancakes".[7][8]

He has a TikTok account under the name "talkboxguy" which was active until February 7, 2021.

Controversy

Loell has not released music under "OMFG". Some fans suspect this was due to Kylee Boettcher accusing him inappropriate behavior toward her while she was a minor. Loell has sold his music as a closed legacy collection.
