The Muslim Educational Society is an educational organization established in 1964 by P. K. Abdul Gafoor.

The society operates 150 educational facilities across Kerala, which include 29 colleges, 10 professional institutes, 12 aided schools, and 33 Central Board of Secondary Education schools, and has over 100,000 students.[1] The society is now headed by P.A. Fazal Gafoor.

Controversies

In 2019, the society banned face veils from its facilities, a decision that caused controversy and death threat for the chairman of the institution.[2][3][4][5][6]
