Masabi (Persian: مصعبي, also Romanized as Maş‘abī, Ma‘şabī, and Moş‘abī; also known as Mosāvī and Musavi)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Masabi Rural District of Ayask District, Sarayan County, South Khorasan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 821 in 274 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 639 people in 243 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 576 people in 224 households.[2]
