Modgarby [mɔdˈɡarbɨ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Barciany, within Kętrzyn County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) north-west of Barciany, 20 km (12 mi) north-west of Kętrzyn, and 71 km (44 mi) north-east of the regional capital Olsztyn.
