Mir Deh Rural District (Persian: دهستان ميرده)[3] is in the Central District of Saqqez County, Kurdistan province, Iran.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 6,322 in 1,131 households.[4] There were 5,266 inhabitants in 1,165 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 4,774 in 1,097 households. The largest of its 25 villages was Mir Deh, with 801 people.[2]
