Hon. Babirye Milly Babalanda (born 25 December 1970) is a Ugandan politician.[1] She became Minister of the Presidency in the Cabinet of Uganda under President Yoweri Museveni in June 2021.[2] She is reportedly one of the president's most influential ministers.[3] In September 2023, she received an award from the Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) for her contribution towards the fight against HIV/AIDS in Uganda.[4]

She was born in Nalinaibi village in Kamuli district. She is apparently a resident of Jinja City
Political career
She is a member of the ruling National Resistance Movement party.
Personal life
Her husband is a Seventh-day Adventist pastor.
