Marcos Paulino López Mora (born 22 June 1933) is a Mexican politician from the Institutional Revolutionary Party. From 2000 to 2003 he served as Deputy of the LVIII Legislature of the Mexican Congress representing Veracruz.[1] He previously served as the municipal president of Poza Rica from 1979 to 1982 and as a local deputy in the Congress of Veracruz from 1994 to 1997.[1]
