Malpas (French pronunciation: [malpa]) is a commune in the Doubs department in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region in eastern France.

Malpas lies 12 km (7.5 mi) southwest of Pontarlier and 3 km (1.9 mi) from the lake of Saint-Point.
