Kuhsar Rural District (Persian: دهستان كوهسار)[3] is in the Central District of Khansar County, Isfahan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Rahmatabad.

At the National Census of 2006, its population was 2,725 in 916 households.[4] There were 2,448 inhabitants in 877 households at the following census of 2011.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 2,641 in 975 households. The largest of its 17 villages was Kham Pich, with 1,414 people.[2]
