Keene is an unincorporated rural hamlet in Kearney County, Nebraska, United States.[1] The hamlet consists of a large granary co-op, a church and four homes.

History

A post office was established at Keene in the 1870s.[2] Keene was the name of a workman who temporarily lived in the area.[3]
