Hati Rural District (Persian: دهستان حتی) is in Hati District of Lali County, Khuzestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Hati.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 5,121 in 856 households.[3] There were 4,856 inhabitants in 897 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,555 in 1,194 households. The largest of its 58 villages was Soltanabad, with 396 people.[2]
