Gmina Szubin is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Nakło County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the town of Szubin, which lies approximately 18 kilometres (11 mi) south-east of Nakło nad Notecią and 21 km (13 mi) south-west of Bydgoszcz.

The gmina covers an area of 332.09 square kilometres (128.2 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 24,756 (out of which the population of Szubin amounts to 9,556, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 15,200).
