Gmina Jabłonna Lacka is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Sokołów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Jabłonna Lacka, which lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north-east of Sokołów Podlaski and 103 km (64 mi) east of Warsaw.

The gmina covers an area of 149.4 square kilometres (57.7 sq mi), and as of 2006 its total population is 5,059 (4,766 in 2013).
