Gamasiyab Rural District (Persian: دهستان گاماسياب) is in the Central District of Sahneh County, Kermanshah province, Iran.
At the National Census of 2006, its population was 6,365 in 1,434 households.[3] There were 6,330 inhabitants in 1,766 households at the following census of 2011.[4] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,228 in 1,587 households. The largest of its 23 villages was Ali Gorzan-e Olya, with 559 people.[2]
