Fernando Patricio Martel Helo (born 2 October 1975) is a Chilean former footballer who played as a midfielder.
International career
Martel represented Chile at under-20 level in the 1995 FIFA World Youth Championship.[1]
At senior level, he made 14 appearances for the Chile national team 2001 to 2004.[2][3] In addition, he made an appearance for Chile B in the friendly match against Catalonia on 28 December 2001.[4]
