Farnaq (Persian: فرنق; also known as Farnagh)[3] is a village in Rostaq Rural District of the Central District of Khomeyn County, Markazi province, Iran.
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 1,535 in 393 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 1,477 people in 420 households.[5] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 1,245 people in 392 households. It was the largest village in its rural district.[2]
