Exelastis ebalensis is a moth of the family Pterophoridae. It has been recorded from Kenya,[lower-alpha 1] Ghana, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Oman and Yemen.[2]

Description

Cees Gielis described Exelastis caroliwhich has since been synonymized to Exelastis ebalensis[2]as having a wingspan of 13 mm, pale-ochreous white forewings with some darker scales and pale grey fringes, and pale ochreous-white hindwings and fringes.[4]
