Dowlatabad (Persian: دولت اباد, also Romanized as Dowlatābād; also known as Daulatābād)[3] is a village in, and the capital of, Dowlatabad Rural District of the Central District of Abhar County, Zanjan province, Iran.[4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 440 in 107 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 297 people in 89 households.[6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 252 people in 79 households.[2]
