David Stephen Knight (January 16, 1928 – December 20, 2020) was an American film and television actor who worked for many years in Britain. He began his screen career as a contract player for the Rank Organisation who used him as the male lead in several of its productions.[1] He was married in 1963 to the Scottish actress Wendy McClure (1930–2022) and they had two children.[2]
