The City Gate, formerly known as Skwer Wolski (Wola Square), is a skyscraper office building in Warsaw, Poland, located at 58 Ogrodowa Street.
History
The building was designed by architectz Adam Tyliszczak and Roman Abramczuk, and was constructed between 1997 and November 2000. It was developed by Echo Investment.[1][2]
Characteristics
The skyscraper is located at 58 Ogrodowa Street in Warsaw, Poland, within the district of Wola. It consists of two parts, one with 14 storeys, and one with 7 storyes, and 2 underground levels dedicated to a car park with 230 spaces. The building has the total area of 26,205 m2, of which 19,000 m2 are dedicated to office spaces, and 1,350 to stores and services.[1][2]
