The Central District of Lamerd County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان لامرد) is in Fars province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Lamerd.[3]

At the National Census in 2006, its population was 43,371 in 9,523 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 46,933 people in 12,049 households.[5] At the latest census in 2016, the district had 44,066 inhabitants in 12,575 households,[2] by which time Chah Varz Rural District had been separated from the district in the establishment of Chah Varz District.[6]
