Carabus cavernosus cavernosus is a subspecies of black coloured[1] ground beetle in the subfamily Carabinae that can be found in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Romania, and everywhere in Yugoslavia (except for Slovenia).[2]
