Alticorpus is a small genus of cichlids[1][2][3] endemic to the deep waters of Lake Malawi in Africa.

There are currently five[1][2] or six[3] recognized species in this genus:

- Alticorpus macrocleithrum (Stauffer & McKaye, 1985)
