Akaike Station (赤池駅, Akaike-eki) is a railway station on the Etsumi-Nan Line in the city of Gujō, Gifu Prefecture, Japan, operated by the third-sector railway operator Nagaragawa Railway.

Akaike Station is served by the Nagaragawa Railway Etsumi-Nan Line, and is 36.3 kilometers from the starting point of the line at Mino-Ōta.[1]

History
The station opened on July 1, 1952, as Gujō-Akaike Station (郡上赤池駅).[1] Operations were transferred from Japanese National Railways (JNR) to the Nagaragawa Railway on December 11, 1986. The station was renamed Akaike Station on the same date.[1][2]
