Notes:
  1. Cahul-2005 had the opportunity to be promoted but the club did not apply for the National club license for the 2021–22 Divizia Națională season.[1]
  2. 1 2 Spartanii ahead of Sucleia on head-to-head points:Spartanii : 6p, Sucleia : 0p.
  3. Tighina completed the season but withdrew from the league prior to the start of the next season.
  4. Grănicerul Glodeni have been relegated voluntarily due to financial reasons and will be taking part in the third tier league next season.[2]
  5. As per regulations, the fourteenth placed team, Sireți was to be relegated to Divizia B, but the club withdrew before the start of the next season.
