Introduction
If the clicker buttons on your Zerodate T26 mouse have been severely damaged and need to be replaced, or you just wish to clean them, follow the steps in this guide. For this replacement, you need a plastic opening tool, a Phillips #00 screwdriver, and a soldering iron. Replacement buttons can be ordered online if needed.

Remove the top shell of the mouse by using the iFixit opening tool to carefully pry the top shell apart from the bottom plate.

Carefully pull the middle shell apart from the bottom plate.

The circuit board should then be visible and attached to the bottom plate.

If the switches themselves are the issue, first dip a Q-tip into some isopropyl alcohol and rub it into and around the white switches. This should remove any dirt or debris that is impeding the operation of the switch.

The red switch seen in this image would otherwise be covered by the scroll wheel.

If the switches still do not work, then they need to be replaced. Mouse clicker switches can be purchased online, please refer to this soldering guide for the steps needed to remove and replace these switches.

To reassemble your device, follow these instructions in reverse order.
