Introduction
If your sweatshirt hoodie’s grommet has fallen out of the eyelet, use this guide to replace the grommet.
The grommet is the small metal piece surrounding the hole that the hoodie’s drawstring is threaded through. Normal wear and tear causes the fabric of clothing to weaken, leading to grommets commonly falling off. Not replacing the grommet can lead to the risk of larger tears in the future.
This repair is very simple and quick as long as you have the tools listed.
