Troubleshooting

NeuTab Air7 Troubleshooting

Background

Released in 2015, the NeuTab Air7 sports 6 hours of battery life, 8GB of storage and a fairly slim build. Having a quad-core processor and a durable aluminum frame, this model of NeuTab is good for most day to day operations, especially with its Wireless, Bluetooth, GPS, and micro-USB connectivity. However, despite being overall adequate in most areas, customers have most notably spoken about components such as the speakers and camera being low quality, mentioning a particularly tinny sound in audio performance.

Unlike it's predecessors, the NeuTab Air7 has been upgraded to Android 5.0, also known as "Lolipop", whereas the older models are still stuck with the 4.0 "Kit Kat" counterpart.

Identification

The NeuTab Air7 is most notably identified by it's grey color and overall aluminum build. It will have big grey text on the back of the device, particularly in the top middle section, depicting the brand and model. There will also be white text on the bottom middle of the back cover dictating manufacturer information.
