Background
The Lorex LW2742 is a security camera system that is part of the LW1740 / LW2740 series. The Lorex LW2742 standard package includes a 7" LCD monitor with a rechargeable battery and two weather resistant wireless cameras. The system is expandable up to four cameras. The cameras are capable of night time viewing up to 65 feet and have a wireless range of 150 feet indoors and 450 feet outdoors. This version of the Lorex has 2x digital zoom and listen-in audio monitoring. Also included with this model are metal camera stands, a 32GB microSD memory card, a mounting hardware kit, and power adapters.
Identification
This model was released in October of 2014. The system can be identified by the manufacturer's sticker on the back of the video monitor reading "Model No.: LW2742."
