Background

The Garmin Nuvi 2595LMT is a hand-sized GPS unit that is often used to navigate while driving. This version of the Nuvi included a 5" dual-oriented touchscreen, free lifetime updates for maps and traffic and voice activated navigation. It also boasted advanced lane guidance with the exclusive photoReal junction view, Enhanced Exit Services, fast route calculations and address look ups with Garmin Guidance 2.0. and hands-free calling capabilities.

The Nuvi 2595LMT was replaced by the 2597LMT in September of 2013.

Identification

The Garmin Nuvi 2595LMT was released in April 2012. This model of the Nuvi is identified by the 5" (12.7 cm) touchscreen, a silver Garmin logo on the bottom of the front display and a label on the back that says "Nuvi 2595LMT."
