Background
The Android 4.0 tablet was first released in February 2012 by Coby Electronics. This tablet is one of many tablets in the Coby Kyros series. Due to the tablet having a light weight of only 20.8 ounces, the tablet is very portable. Of the Coby Kryos series tablets, the MID9042 is on the smaller end, having a 9.4" x 6.4" multi-touch screen.
The tablet transmits a 1GHz band which is sufficient for online browsing, but may cause an issue and lag while multitasking, streaming, or gaming. This tablet is commonly used for recreational purposes due to the low 1GHz processing speed. In addition, the tablet also offers an 8 GB integrated capacity and a 0.3 megapixel front facing camera. It runs on a Windows 7 operating system, which operates out of Windows desktop. The Coby Kyros Internet Tablet, model MID9042 features a full sized USB port for easy access to USB flash storage drives and various controller devices. The base version of this tablet houses enough internal storage to store videos, music, pictures and data files.
Identification
