Air Raid

Air Raid was released in 1979 on the first Compucolor Soft-Disk along with three other games (Race, Quintominoes, Rover Robot).

This is no drill, you've got radar confirmation: enemy bombers carrying nuclear weapons are approaching with fighter escorts. Man the anti-aircraft gun - your country is depending on you to bring them down!

Air Raid is an excellent game for 1979 and plays very well. It was inspired by Anti-Aircraft from Atari, an arcade game released in 1975.

This version from Compucolor add an excellent feature: ballistic. Indeed, all your bullets go up but then will eventually fall back down to the ground, in nice curved trajectories.

An essential game for the Compucolor computer!
