This is an educational / training kit for the 6802 CPU, but can also be used as a CPU board in a Motorola EXORciser development system. It has an hexadecimal keyboard and a 6 digits LED screen.
The memory size is of 256 bytes plus an optional 1k. The first 128 bytes is in the MC6802 processor and is for user programs. This can be disabled with a wire link if the additional buffers are installed at the edge connector.
The other 128 bytes is the MC6810 which was used for the stack and system variables.
The two 2114 1k x 4 static RAM chips weren't included in the original kit but were to be bought as an option.
Please consider donating your old computer / videogame system to Old-Computers.com or one of our partners from anywhere in the world (Europe, America, Asia, etc.).

Did anyone ever locate a user manual for the MEK6802D5? I just purchased one of these computers, in good working order$ but it may be difficult to do much with it without the user manual. If no luck, I may try to reverse-engineer it. YUCK!!!!!
